Top Tips



  1. Check your balance to make sure you have credit before making a call. Even after you have topped up the top up may not have transfer correctly.
  2. Click OK after top up has been successful to get instant top up into your account.
  3. Try calling different numbers to ensure the number you are trying to call is not reachable or off.
  4. If you are getting error 403 please try to switch off ypur phone and then on before trying to make another call.
  5. If you cannot hear the other caller or if the other person cannot hear you, try turnning off wifi and use yor 3G or 4G connection.
  6. Keep your Kukunda username, password and authentication or authentication user safe.
  7. You can only use Zoiper on one device at a time. To set up on new phone you need to delete Zoiper on old phone.
  8. Make sure you have few apps open when making calls, especially on android phones.
